Tony

Our head barber Tony is a fully qualified Barber, Tutor and NVQ Assessor with over 25 years experience in the barbering industry, a specialist within all aspects of barbering particularly scissor work.

Tony started his career as an apprentice at the age of 15 and has since worked in and managed a number of barber shops across Bristol. Eager to pass his knowledge onto others, he trained to become a Barber Tutor and Barbering NVQ Assessor.  Following 4 years of being a tutor he then went on to open Blackbeard's Barbers in April 2019.

Nial

Nial prides himself on being a perfectionist! Specialising in traditional classic cuts, he has a full commitment to customer service and a recognised talent for barbering.  He has completed his NVQ Level 2 Barbering diploma,and is a huge asset to Blackbeard’s.

Archie

Archie is our apprentice! After completing an 8 week barbering course at college, and now currently completing his NVQ Level 3 in barbering he is really committed to making barbering a career.

Lauren Parry

Lauren has been in the hairdressing business for 12 years, starting as an apprentice at the age of 16 and qualifying in NVQ levels 2 & 3.  She has worked in Pembrokeshire, Bristol, Australia, and has great expertise and a flair for barbering.  Customer satisfaction is always Laurens priority and she will always listen and advise on the best style for the client.
